Welcomed to the WelearnPro online platform.

1) Agreement and Consent
The terms and conditions for use of WelearnPro products (including but not limited to welearnpro.com and the WelearnPro application) constitute an agreement by users who login to the WelearnPro platform to utilize its provided services, products and communications for the purposes intended by WelearnPro. This agreement is between the individual utilizing the services, herein referred to as the “user”, and We Wasana D Co. Ltd., herein referred to as “WelearnPro” and encompasses the purposes of services and products provided by Welearnpro, including but not limited to video courses, supplemental documents and questions and answers, upon payment by the user or login to the WelearnPro platform. The user agrees and consents to the obligations and to comply with the conditions mandated by WelearnPro for use of its products.

2) General Conditions
WelearnPro retains the right to change, amend or cancel any of the conditions of its service at any time. The user must regularly login into their account to be notified of the latest conditions declared and put into effect, as strict compliance is considered a commitment of the user. Upon utilization of a service or interaction with a product following the announcement of new conditions, the user will be considered to have accepted the conditions. WelearnPro retains the right to alter and/or cancel any product or service at any time. The user agrees to bear any costs for the utilization of products and services, such as computer fees and internet service fees. In the event the user does not fulfil payment for a service or product, whether in part or in full, WelearnPro retains the right to prevent or carry out any action it deems necessary to restrict access by the user to the relevant service or product. Utilization of services must comply with Thai law, which include but are not limited to licensing laws, intellectual property laws, privacy laws and identification laws.

When using products and services of the WelearnPro platform, Users do not retain the rights to the following:
2.1) The copying, dissemination, alteration, reverse engineering, remodeling, destruction, theft or obstruction of products and/or services and the website.
2.2) Appear as anyone other than themselves or input fraudulent personal data.
2.3) Release a virus, worm, spyware, computer code, file or program that would intentionally damage or seize control of the products and/or services and the website.
2.4) Employ a scraper, spider, robot or other automated system to engage with the products and/or services and the website.

4) Service Information
The WelearnPro platform is for users only. Courses and content presented by the platform are reviewed by the We Wasana D Co. Ltd. team and are only published by We Wasana D Co. Ltd., which retains stakeholder rights to instructors and licenses. The WelearnPro platform has no obligation, duty or status whether legal or in business to be held responsible for conflicts, losses or damages that may occur. The WelearnPro platform coordinates and recommends information between instructors and users. The WelearnPro platform has no obligation to the results of utilizing its products and/or services. Provided products and/or services may suggest usage of a third-party website or online platform. WelearnPro is not in control and does not endorse the use of third party websites and will not be held responsible for any damage that occur due to the use of a third party website.

5) Utilization
The user may only use WelearnPro products and/or services for personal study and the user agrees to not use WelearnPro products and/or services, or contact instructors, for other business purposes without the written authorization of WelearnPro and We Wasana D Co. Ltd. including but not limited to employment, fund or asset raising, requesting financial assistance or any other benefit.

6) User Agreement and Consent
The user has read, understood and agreed to pricing and any details relating to the product and/or service prior to payment for that product and/or service. In the event the user or buyer is under 18 years of age, the user or buyer agrees and confirms that the user or buyer has received consent from a guardian prior to payment for any product and/or service.
The user will not compose any message or input any message, image, advertisement, chain letter or donation request into the website/platform or carry out any action in a similar fashion.
The user will not compose any message or input any message, image, symbol or representation that is inappropriate, is in violation of the law or morality, disturbs social order or would cause misunderstanding into the website.
The user will not reproduce, alter, copy, forge, imitate, edit or publish any of the website/platforms products and/or services.
The user will not disclose their personal data to any instructor otherwise WelearnPro will not be held responsible in the event the user’s personal data is disseminated or otherwise utilized.
The user will not request any data from any instructor or other users.
The user is only entitled to use their purchased products and/or services for personal purposes and may not transfer such products and/or services to others or engage in shared usage.

7) Member Registration
The user must register a member before purchasing any product. The user and/or buyer will be personally responsible for the confidentiality of their password and must not disclose the password to any other party for any purpose.
The user must provide accurate and current information to register as a member.
The user may not transfer their membership to another and the user may not use the Email of another to access services or products.
The user may not change their registered Email. If the user must transfer their membership to another Email, the user must submit a request to WelearnPro. Any decision made by the WelearnPro team will be considered final.
The user acknowledges that all of the user’s data, including data to do with courses purchased by the user or registrations are recorded to the Email indicated by the user and WelearnPro will not be held responsible for any impacts resulting from a change of this Email by the user.

8) Scope of Responsibility
The scope of responsibility of WelearnPro is limited to the amount of funds paid by the user for products and services.

9) Cancellation of Service
If the user violates any of the conditions of WelearnPro products and services, WelearnPro is entitled to revoke or suspend usage of such products and services by the user immediately without prior notice and the user and/or buyer agrees and consents to forfeit any completed payments in full to WelearnPro immediately.
