This policy will explain the platform’s management of your private data for your awareness and in compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act BE 2562. The policy is as follows

1. Principle
Respect towards personal data and collection
We Wasana D Co. Ltd. collects private data via the WelearnPro platform with objectives, parameters and applications that are in compliance with the law and just use. Data and personal data are collected and stored only as necessary to the company’s service or other electronic services in line with the objectives of the WelearnPro platform. Access and utilization of the WelearnPro platform is tantamount to consenting to this data protection policy.

2. Definitions
Collected Data
Private data collected by the WelearnPro platform for storage, utilization or disclosure in accordance with this policy. Data collection begins automatically when the user logs in or utilizes a service system of the WelearnPro platform.

Private Data
Personal data that can be used to identify the individual, whether directly or indirectly, including any additional data recognized as private by this policy or the Personal Data Protection Act.

User
Individual visitors, customers and service users of the WelearnPro platform and their authorized representatives.

Service System
Systems and channels through which the WelearnPro platform provides its services, herein www.welearnpro.com, related applications that allow access to the platform’s online courses via mobile phone or other electronic gadgets and any other service channels implemented by WelearnPro.

3. Data Collection Purposes
Private data collected by the WelearnPro platform will not be utilized beyond the purposes stated by the WelearnPro platform, which are as follows:
   3.1 For the collection of data on members and provision of services on the WelearnPro platform
   3.2 For member participation in all activities carried out by the WelearnPro platform
   3.3 For contact with users
      (1) To respond to queries or reports sent by users to the WelearnPro platform
      (2) WelearnPro For the contact and notification of users via their provided SMS or other contact channels, for marketing and public relations communications from the WelearnPro platform
      (3) For the notification of reservations, purchase confirmations and updates on various services
      (4) To facilitate user access to activities and service information on the WelearnPro platform
   3.4 For the review and notification of course results, facilitation of conversations and delivery of course completion documentation
   3.5 To confirm the passing of tests or completion of courses
   3.6 For the analysis of user behaviors and tendencies for the improvement of services on the WelearnPro platform
   3.7 For the analysis and tracking of service usage on the WelearnPro platform and the review of issues that occur on the WelearnPro platform, log files are automatically collected during user entry and exit and include the following at minimum:
      (1) IP Address
      (2) Browser type
      (3) Location

   ● For the fielding of opinions and questions to do with courses. The collection, utilization and disclosure of sensitive data will be by user consent only excluding storage in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

6. Data Storage and Duration
6.1 The WelearnPro platform stores all data as documents or in digital form in the cloud.
6.2 The WelearnPro platform stores user data in accordance with this policy for the duration needed to fulfil the objectives of that data or until the user declares cancellation or revocation of consent for storage of that data using the method indicated in this policy, except in cases the WelearnPro platform has a necessity to retain the data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant laws.

7. External Cookies and Other Tracking Technology

Cookies critical to the operation of the WelearnPro platform, that facilitate the user experience of services and that assist users to utilize the platform securely.

Performance cookies

The WelearnPro platform utilizes performance cookies to collect statistical data on user access and behaviors on the platform for analysis of user numbers and utilization in the interest of improving the platform’s functionality and improved convenience of users searching for information.

8. Assurance
The WelearnPro platform will not carry out any action that diverges from those indicated in Data Collection Purposes except:
   (1) When new purposes and objectives have been declared to the user and user consent has been obtained
   (2) When legally required

9. Limited Use of Personal Information
   9.1 The WelearnPro platform will only disclose a user’s personal data when receiving consent from the particular user and only for the purposes of its office
   9.2 The WelearnPro platform will take steps to ensure its agents do not disclose, display or reveal in any way, the personal data of users beyond stated purposes or to external entities except:
      (1) When legally required
      (2) When receiving consent from the user
      (3) In the interest of the life, health or security of the user and others
      (4) In the interest of official investigations or rulings in a court of law
      (5) For academic study, research or statistical analysis
   9.3 In some cases, the WelearnPro platform may allow third party entities or agencies to access or utilize user personal data as necessary for the purposes or within the authority of WelearnPro platform agents. The WelearnPro platform will seek the user’s consent in these cases

10. Data Protection and Data Quality Measures
   10.1 The WelearnPro platform acknowledges the importance of personal data protection and has prescribed personal data protection measures appropriate and aligned to the safeguarding of personal data from disappearance, access, destruction, utilization, alteration, amendment, unsanctioned or unlawful disclosure and unauthorized utilization. These measures are in accordance with the communication technology security policies and guidelines of the WelearnPro platform.
   10.2 User personal data provided to the WelearnPro platform, such as the user’s name, age, Email, telephone number, etc., which can be used to identify the individual and are accurate and current, will be utilized for the purposes of the WelearnPro platform only and all appropriate measures will be taken to uphold the rights of the individual.

11. User Involvement and Rights
   11.1 In the event the user wishes to view their personal data, the user may submit a request according to the requirements and methods prescribed by We Wasana D Co. Ltd., which will respond in a timely fashion as to the availability and details of the requested data
   11.2 If the user finds any personal data provided to the platform is inaccurate, the user must notify We Wasana D Co. Ltd. for amendment, alteration or deletion of the data. We Wasana D Co. Ltd. will record an objection of storage, accuracy or any other action taken in regard to the data as evidence.
   11.3 The user is entitled to view the existence and characteristics of their personal data, the purposes of the data and the location of We Wasana D Co. Ltd. as well as the following:
      (1) To request a copy or verified copy of the user’s personal data
      (2) To amend or alter the user’s personal data for the sake of accuracy
      (3) To halt the utilization or disclosure of the user’s personal data
      (4) To request deletion or destruction of the user’s personal data
      (5) To request disclosure of the acquisition method of the user’s personal data in the event consent for data collection was not given
   11.4 We Wasana D Co. Ltd. may deny these rights as legally permitted or in cases where the data has been made anonymous or unable to identify the user
